Up to 400 sq ft, fastened correctly. Stops active intrusion so insulation and drywall stop taking water.
$200 repair credit
When we return for the permanent repair, $200 of the standard tarp fee comes off that invoice.

For over 400 sq ft or multiple slopes, including tree-impact openings, per the price book.
When to call for a tarp
Call when water is actively entering, a tree opened the deck, or a storm peeled a section and rain is still in the forecast. We’ll tell you honestly if a tarp is needed or if we can move straight to the permanent repair.

Is a tarp a permanent fix?
No. A tarp is temporary protection that keeps more water out while the permanent repair is scheduled. We’re a repair-only company, so the next step is a flat-rate repair of whatever let the water in.
Can you tell me what’s wrong from photos or over the phone?
Photos help us understand the situation and decide what to bring, but we don’t diagnose a roof remotely. The cause is confirmed in person, on the roof. Contact us for a free repair estimate. We’ll review the issue and explain the next step. Any additional services require your agreement before work begins.
What should I do while I wait?
Stay off the roof. Move belongings away from the drip, catch water with a bucket, and take dated photos of the damage. If a ceiling is bulging or sagging, keep people out of that room, and call 911 for any electrical or structural danger. More in what to do in the first hour of a roof leak.
Do you help with the paperwork for an insurance claim?
Whether a claim is covered is between you and your insurer — we don’t decide coverage. We can provide a dated photo set and written scope formatted for your adjuster, quoted before work begins and with your agreement.
