Terms of service

Who we are

This website is operated by Metro Detroit Roof Repair, a sole proprietorship based in Warren, Michigan. We provide residential roof repair services across Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

By providing your mobile number to Metro Detroit Roof Repair — through our contact form, by texting us, or by otherwise asking us to reach you by text — you agree to receive text messages from us at that number. Messages relate to your inquiry, estimate, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, job updates, and follow-ups about our roof repair services.

Message frequency: varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive several messages around an active estimate or job, and occasional follow-ups afterward.

Cost: message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out: to stop receiving text messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt back in.

Help: for assistance, reply HELP or call (586) 698-7094.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Estimates and pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting prices for typical repairs and are valid through December 31, 2026. Final pricing is confirmed after we inspect your roof. We provide written estimates before any work begins, and no work starts without your approval.

Warranties

Every eligible repair includes a written warranty (1, 3, or 5 years depending on the repair type). Warranty terms are provided in writing with your estimate. If we've documented your roof as past serviceable life and you ask us to patch it anyway, that repair carries no warranty, and you'll sign an acknowledgment before work starts.
