Metro Detroit Roof Repair is a repair-only shop for Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb. Flat published prices, a photo report on every job, and no free “inspection” that turns into a new-roof pitch at your kitchen table.
One year on spot repairs, three years on slope work, five years on flashing — written on your invoice. If the same spot leaks again within its warranty period because our warranted repair failed, we return and repair the covered defect at no charge. Unrelated damage is assessed separately.
Roughly 55 common repairs are priced in our price book before we climb the ladder. Estimates are free.
Before, during, and after photos emailed the same day — so you never have to take a roofer’s word for what happened on the roof.
On the roof
Most companies that rank for “roof repair” also sell full re-roofs. The free inspection is how they get in the door. We’re built the other way: if the field shingles are finished, we’ll show you the photos and point you to another contractor of your choice — we don’t take a cut, and we still won’t sell you a roof.
